Nothing will be decided until the last day of racing

III Carnaval Regatta (ISAF Worlds Test Event) - Nothing will be decided until the last day of racing
CADIZ, SPAIN-(8-3-2003) With westerly winds between 5 and 8 knots, racing today took place during the  second day of the III International Carnival Race, which has attracted some of the best sailors in the world from the different Olympic classes.

The sailors yet again woke to wind and sea conditions that were more similar to summer and more suitable for spending a day on the beach rather than racing.  However, the Poniente (our westerly wind) kicked in as usual at around 13.00 hours, and once the wind had increased to over five knots, racing began in the different areas.

The starting signals were progressively given for 504 crews in the different fleets, with the  49er, Europe, Laser, 420 and 470 M & W and Mistral classes having the largest entries.
